Two dead in light aircraft crash near Henley-on-Thames

Two people have been confirmed dead at the scene of a light aircraft accident in Stonor, Henly-on-Thames.

The aircraft is believed to have crashed into a field in Stonor just after 2 pm today and emergency services were called to the scene.

Police, Fire and Ambulance services attended the crash but both the Pilot and Passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) has confirmed it is sending a team to crash site.
