Cotswold Airport (GBA/EGBP) has announced a new executive structure as it positions itself for further expansion in business aviation and sustainable aerospace.
The privately owned airport, which handles more than 36,000 aircraft movements each year, is investing in enhanced hangarage and infrastructure to meet rising demand from the business aviation sector.
As part of the restructure, Graham Carter has been appointed Group Managing Director. He brings extensive experience in aviation operations and commercial growth, having previously held senior leadership roles in air operations and most recently in business development at Gloucestershire Airport.
Antonia Silk has been promoted to Operations Director and joins the airport’s board, reflecting her operational leadership across the site. Meanwhile, long-serving Operations Manager Glen Moreman will transition into a Flight Information Service Officer (FISO) role, continuing to support airfield operations and pilot services.
Chief Executive Suzannah Harvey said the changes would strengthen the airport’s leadership team as it scales its operations.
“These changes strengthen our leadership team as we scale the business and invest in infrastructure to support business aviation and next-generation aerospace,” she said.
“We are seeing strong demand for high-quality, flexible aviation services, and are well positioned to build on our reputation in this space.”
The airport is also home to a number of advanced aerospace companies, including ZeroAvia and Vertical Aerospace, reinforcing its role as a hub for sustainable aviation innovation.
Cotswold Airport has also committed to achieving carbon net-zero operations by 2030, underlining its long-term focus on environmentally responsible growth.
