Airbus delivers 67 aircraft in April as strong 2026 continues

European OEM Airbus has continued its strong start to 2026 delivering 67 aircraft to 39 customers in April.

As expected single-aisle deliveries dominate with the A320neo family seeing the most deliveries. 32 A321neo, 22 A320neo and a sole A319neo were handed over to customers including easyJet, Iberia and Pegasus.

The Airbus A220, which has just won a landmark order from Air Asia, saw 5 aircraft delivered of the -300 variant to airlines including Delta Airlines Air France and Jetblue.

Widebody deliveries totalled seven aircraft with two A330-900 being delivered to ITA Airways and Starlux along with one A330-200 for the Royal Saudi Air Force.

Turkish Airlines, SAS and Emirates saw deliveries of A350-900 airliners and a sole A350-1000 was delivered to Etihad.

Gross orders for the month totalled 28. As yet undisclosed customers ordered 15 A350-900s and Six A320neo family aircraft and two A220-300s whilst Scoot ordered five A320 family aircraft.
