Garuda Indonesia (GA/GIA) is resuming its London Heathrow (LHR/EGLL) to Jakarta (CGK/WIII) service from the 27th November 2018.

The flight returns as a three-times weekly non-stop service and will be operated by a Boeing 777-300 aircraft.

The Skyteam Alliance member previously suspended the service at the end of October and had a limited amount of time available before it would be forced to give up its valuable slots at the London Heathrow.

During the suspension passengers flying with Garuda Indonesia from Jakarta to the UK had to transfer via Amsterdam with Skyteam partner, KLM.

Garuda Indonsia’s London office said that the suspension was part of the airlines restructuring of its Winter 2019 schedule.
