Cardiff Aviation to Set Up Air Djibouti and Provide MRO at St Athan

Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Cardiff Aviation and Air Djibouti the Vale of Glamorgan based company will set up an airline in the African country.

The airline will initially be freight based but with a strong view to starting passenger operations at a later date.

Cardiff Aviation, which is run by Iron Maiden lead singer & experienced pilot Bruce Dickinson, will also provide Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services to Air Djibouti through its facility at MOD St Athan.

There is no information as to what equipment will be used at time of publication.
